Home at last!
Home, home again
I like to be here when I can.
And when I come home cold and tired
It’s good to warm my bones beside the fire.
Yes…I am home! And I apologize for the delay in getting this blog entry posted. The problem is the I’ve lost some cognitive coordination, and even worse, coordination of my fingers. I say worse because given a choice I’d rather be a little wacky upstairs than struggle with something I’ve done for 30 years super-hero style. Figure something like clicking a mouse with your index finger, but your middle finger clicks instead. Or forgetting where the keys on a keyboard are. I hope it will come back. Crazy, huh? I think I’ll need a personal secretary to dictate my blogs to. Oh yeah…I have a personal secretary already. Thanks Kasey!
I will post again soon. I promise. I’d like to share the post-treatment effects I am experiencing. As well as my “Flock Of Seagulls” hair style.
Peace and love,
Rob

Congrats on getting through the treatment! I understand that a lot of neural pathways get re-written when the brain experiences a trauma – I’m sure you’ll be hitting the keys again at lightning speed in no time. As far as you being a little wacky – that’s what I always liked about you! 😀

Thanks for the update Rob! I can’t imagine how frustrating the coordination problems must be for you, but I am happy that you aren’t “wacky upstairs”. You were already a little wacky upstairs (in the best possible way), so it may have rendered you unable to communicate with mere humanoids. Love and hugs to all of you! You couldn’t have dreamed up a better personal secretary.

Oh Rob! So glad you are home! Sorry you’ve had your speed of light keyboard action slowed down but now you know how us mere mortals have always struggled!!
Can’t wait to see that new hairdo of yours!
Love to you all,
Bonnie

Happiness is being at home with your family!!!! I Bet Sadie and Cooper are enjoying you and all the sillyness you can share with them. Keep up the blogging. The practice on the keyboard will speed the finger therapy. (I think) Slow and steady always wins the race..
Glad you are back in VT. Much love and Hugs,
Marcia and Tony

Great news, Rob!! As much as you loved Boston and all it has to offer, I’m sure you’re much, much happier at home with your family and visa versa! 🙂
Take care – we’re sure thinking of you all!

Wee Hooooo!! Great News! Don’t worry about the clicking with the fingers. It’ll all come back but until then at least we’ll all be even with you until that day. At some point, we’d like to come visit you but I know that you’re just happy to be home, home again. I get that. Please keep us informed when you are able. We’re very happy to hear you news. Love to all. Gino, Ness, Mitchell, Mason and Rit. Oh and thanks Kasey for all that you are doing. Hugs to Coop and Sadie.

Hey Rob, Glad to hear that you’re back home in VT. Right where you belong! Relax, Chill, and Heal! Those are strict orders!!
Hope to see you soon for that meeting in one of the campgrounds we’ve talked about. We’ll just have to wait for the snow to melt first!
Our best to Kasey and the kids.
Love,
Steve and Bette

“Breathe! Breathe in the air.” Suck in as much as that crisp clean mountain air as you can.

Welcome Home, Roberto! I have been following your blog and anticipating your return. For what its worth, you picked a good time to go “vacationing” in Boston; its been pretty crappy up here, off and on!
